Do you ship products pan-India? What are the timelines?

Yes! We ship pan-India but the shipping costs and timelines vary with location. For shop updates, the orders are packed and shipped within 10-15 days of placing the order. You will get an update with the tracking link via SMS, email or WhatsApp once the order is dispatched. For custom orders, the timelines will be discussed according to the order requirements.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship internationally at an additional shipping cost as per the location and shipping charges. Kindly contact me at designclinicindia@gmail.com for the estimated shipping cost for your location!

What is the return policy?

Products purchased through the website cannot be returned or refunded. Similarly, once a custom order has been completed and delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded. We do not accept any returns under any circumstances.

What if a piece arrives broken?

While the furniture is packed with the utmost care, accidents are inevitable. Should a piece be found damaged upon arrival, please send me a picture of it within 24 hours of its delivery and We will replace the damaged piece with a condition that Shipping costs have to be borne by the client. Any requests after that will not be entertained.

In case you wish to receive a replacement, We’ll be happy to make it for you. The shipping in this case will have to be borne by the client.
